This Eastertide may the Resurrection strengthen,
deepen and widen our solidarity with the passion, suffering and death
of people struggling for dignity, peace and justice. Our prayers,
thoughts and actions are with the tragic loss on the Virginia
Tech
campus and with all of our students who are frightened and suffering
unimaginable loss. The daily violence that prevails our society
especially in our urban communities must be addressed by all people of
faith.
