3. TAKE ACTION: For IRAN:
This coming Thursday there will be a "test vote" in
the House Appropriations Committee on funding for the
Iraq war. Democratic leaders are removing from this
bill the requirement that Bush gain congressional
approval before an attack on Iran. This was done,
according to the Associated Press, because they are
"worried about its possible impact on Israel".

15-30. The deadline for applications is Friday, March 30, 2007. Many
applications have already been received for FOR's fourth Iran

him or her to support the Lee Amendment to restrict Pentagon spending
in Iraq to funding only the safe withdrawal of U.S. troops and
contractors by the end of this year at the latest.
