of Episcopal Peace Fellowship

Please return this form to the EPF office by mail or e-mail no later than September 15, 2007.  (feel free to e-mail to epfnational@ameritech.net)

 The EPF nomination committee to be a member of the National Executive Council of the Episcopal Peace Fellowship and certify that she/he fulfills the criteria stated in Article V, Section 3 of the EPF Bylaws, “Nominations for membership on the council shall be made by a Nominating Committee of the Council; by petition of at least three active members of the fellowship; or by any member of the Council.  The Nominating Committee shall consider

Diversity in age, race, sex, geography, and issue concerns in making nominations….”
