Fellowship of
Reconciliation
Looking for 250 Schools: Support your
local school with "free" resources from the FOR
Bookstore
The Fellowship of
Reconciliation (FOR) will send your local school a package of
books, posters, and videos about peace and justice –- for
FREE.
One of FOR's
Civilian Diplomacy goals is to demilitarize schools in the
United States. You can help by shopping at the FOR
Bookstore.
This sale begins
today and ends March 31, 2007.
Here’s how it
works:
If, for example, you
buy $100 worth of goods from the FOR Bookstore -- and go to the
Sale Items page and add the $15.00 gift shipping fee -- we will
give you a “School Coupon” worth
$100.
You give the coupon
to your favorite local school principal. They then redeem the
coupon for the full value of the coupon. At the time of your
purchase, you will be charged a $15.00 gift shipping fee.
This will enable FOR to send your gift without any cost
to your school of choice.
Just click on the
only available icon in the “Sale Items” category of
our online store. We will include a “School Coupon”
with your order so that you can take the coupon to the school of
your choice. Anything and everything that FOR sells in our gift
store is available for FREE to the school of your choice, up to
the amount of the gift coupon. (NOTE: The coupon expires
April 30, 2007.)
This is an Internet
special event: check out our Bookstore Web site to pick your
